Delivery Policy

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the delivery destination:

  • Standard Delivery: 3 - 10 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1 - 3 business days
  • International Delivery: Approximately 7 - 21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Process

Once your order has been shipped, it will be delivered by our nominated courier service.

Delivery attempts will be made to the address provided at checkout.

If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may:

  • Leave the parcel in a safe place (if permitted), or
  • Leave a calling card with instructions for re-delivery or collection

Tracking & Notifications

All deliveries include tracking once dispatched.

Tracking details are automatically sent via email or message, allowing customers to monitor delivery progress.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery details.

TomoLife Store is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times may be impacted by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Peak periods or public holidays

TomoLife Store is not liable for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows a parcel as Delivered but it has not been received:

  • Customers must first contact the courier directly
  • TomoLife Store will assist with enquiries where possible
  • Refunds or replacements are subject to courier investigation outcomes

Damaged Deliveries

If a parcel arrives damaged:

  • Notify TomoLife Store within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and item
  • We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate

International Deliveries

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance processes.
