Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (approximately 7 - 21 business days)
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may apply during promotions, special events, or when minimum spend thresholds are met.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking numbers once dispatched.
Tracking details will be automatically emailed or messaged to the customer after shipment.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
TomoLife Store is not liable for delayed, lost or misdelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs inspections, weather conditions, courier delays or peak seasons.
TomoLife Store is not responsible for delivery delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is marked as Delivered but has not been received, customers must contact the courier directly in the first instance.
TomoLife Store will assist with investigations where possible; however, replacements or refunds are subject to courier investigation outcomes.
International Orders
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Damaged Parcels
If items arrive damaged, customers must notify TomoLife Store within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the parcel and product.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to stock availability and assessment.
Order Changes
Address or order changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.
Once an order has shipped, no modifications can be made.
