Eligibility for Returns

Change of Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted if the item meets the eligibility criteria above. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact TomoLife Store with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

We will provide return instructions or a return label where applicable (depending on location). Once the item is received and inspected, an approved refund or store credit will be issued.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by TomoLife Store
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Notify TomoLife Store within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, subject to stock availability.

International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable
  • Delivery times for returns may vary due to customs processing

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

TomoLife Store offers a 30 - day return window from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a refund, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as received (unused, unworn)
  • Include all tags and original packaging
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned outside this window or not meeting these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Request a Refund

To start a return or refund:

  2. Once approved, we will provide:
  • A return shipping label (where applicable)
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@tomolife.store with photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability. Terms and conditions apply.

Exceptions / Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest method is:

  1. Return your original item (as per the process above)
  2. Make a new purchase for the desired item once your return is approved

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be automatically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
